Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the orthodontic problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options at your initial visit. We have payment plans to suit a variety of budgets. We also accept assignment from most insurance policies and file the necessary papers with your insurance company. We strive to make orthodontics affordable for you and your family.
Fees
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policies:
* An Inital down payment may be made at the onset of treatment, with the balance paid monthly over remaining treatment time. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will help you determine your available coverage. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay (see above). We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. However, if there is an unpaid balance from your insurance company's estimated benefit, the balance is your responsibility.
